‘Vision Region’ – Chances, Potentials and limits of regionalisation
A topic for debate concerning further development of the theme ‘Regional Governance’ in Austria its purpose. Regional governance in Austria is traditionally highly differentiated. However, this could play a more important role in the future by pursuing an integrated policy approach that contributes to a better use of regional resources. The publication and agenda for the political levels are the results of the work process of the ÖREK-Partnership ‘Strengthening the regional level of acting’.
(ÖREK is the acronym for Austrian Spatial Development Concept).
